Activity Assistant-Part Time flexible shifts.
Restorative Nurse Manager-Full Time-This position is responsible for the Restorative/Rehabilitation Program in the facility. Develops programs to restore and maintain residents to the highest functioning level including activities of daily living. Also completes restorative assessments on new and re-admissions. This position will maintain documentation on all residents in the Restorative Program to meets state requirements.
Successful candidate will possess one-year supervisory experience in a restorative/therapy department in a long term care setting. RN preferred, and LPN with experience in Restorative nursing will be considered. Must be willing to work flexible schedules.
