A source for dedicated care of those in need of rehabilitation, long and short term health services and Alzheimer's care. We are located off Mahoning Avenue, just north of Kent State Trumbull Campus in Champion.

If you are looking for specialized Alzheimer's care, our Champion Commons Alzheimer's Unit is designed for those residents with all stages of dementia within a comfortable and secure living environment. In addition to a dining and activity room for the memory impaired, residents enjoy the continuous walkway allowing them to walk freely and safely, plus daily social and recreational activities designed to maximize abilities and interests.
