The Five-Star Quality Rating System was created to help consumers, their families, and caregivers compare nursing homes more easily. Nursing home ratings are taken from the following three sources of data health inspections, staffing and quality measures.

If you are looking for specialized Alzheimer's care, our Champion Commons Alzheimer's Unit is designed for those residents with all stages of dementia within a comfortable and secure living environment. In addition to a dining and activity room for the memory impaired, residents enjoy the continuous walkway allowing them to walk freely and safely, plus daily social and recreational activities designed to maximize abilities and interests.
