Doylestown Health Care Center is Celebrating 20 Years of Caring Traditions. Built in 1987 by John and Dorothy Masternick, visitors of Doylestown Health Care Center soon discover the true definition of "home away from home." Visitors compliment us on how friendly and caring the staff is and how they feel a part of the Doylestown Health Care family from day one.

Doylestown Health Care Center is 5 minutes from Barberton, 10 minutes from Wadsworth, and 15 minutes from Akron. Our dedicated staff provides skilled nursing, Alzheimer's Care and rehabilitation. We are also proud to provide Outpatient Therapy.

If you are looking for specialized Alzheimer's care, Portage Place, our secured Alzheimer's Unit, is designed for those residents with all stages of dementia within a comfortable and secure living environment. In addition to a dining room for the memory impaired, residents enjoy daily social and recreational activities designed to maximize abilities and interests.
