Liberty Health Care & Rehabilitation Center provides a 16 all private room suites, with state of the art therapy gym. Resident rooms are equipped with flat screen televisions, phones, showers and sitting area. Our large therapy gym has a full size Chevy Cruze for transitioning in and out of the car before your return home.

Need short term rehab for fractures, joint replacements, cardiac rehabilitation or prosthetics/orthotics? At Liberty Health Care & Rehabilitation Center we are committed to providing the highest level of care to all of our residents.
