Masternick Memorial Health Care Center is conveniently located off Struthers Road in New Middletown, just minutes from Western Reserve Road, and provides skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, Alzheimer’s care and assisted living.

In addition to Medicare and Medicaid, we now accept Anthem and United Healthcare Insurance.

Skilled Nursing Care

Our staff members provide a caring home for supportive living with compassion for those who depend on us, and our medical director oversees residents’ health care issues. Our goal is to provide the best possible quality of life in long- and short-term care. 

Short-Term Rehabilitation

We provide a short-term therapy unit, post-surgical care for many orthopedic procedures such as hip/knee replacements, rotator cuff surgeries and fractures, and extended medical care, wound care, and cardio/pulmonary rehabilitation.  Our goal is to return patients to their normal living environment as soon and safely as possible.

Alzheimer's Care

Our secured Alzheimer’s Unit is a comfortable and secured living environment designed for residents in all stages of dementia.  In addition to a dining and activity room for the memory impaired, residents enjoy a continuous walkway allowing them to walk freely and safely, plus daily social and recreational activities designed to maximize abilities and interests.
