Windsor House at O'Brien Memorial - our newly remodeled home is a source for dedicated care of those in need of rehabilitation, long and short term health services and Alzheimer's Care. We are within minutes of the Shenango Valley in Pennsylvania and Youngstown and Warren, Ohio.

Windsor House at O'Brien Memorial Health Care & Rehabilitation Center's post acute care delivers "short term" intensive rehabilitation and medical care to enable patients to return to their home. We can provide post surgical care for many orthopedic procedures such as hip/knee replacements, rotator cuff surgeries and fractures. In addition to general orthopedic care we also provide extended medical care, wound care and cardio/pulmonary rehabilitation. Our goal is to return patients to their normal living environment as soon and safely as possible.

If you are looking for specialized Alzheimer's care , our new secured Alzheimer's Unit is designed for those residents with all stages of dementia all within a comfortable and secure living environment. In addition to a dining and activity room for the memory impaired, residents can enjoy our outdoor courtyard and daily activities which are designed to maximize abilities and interests.
