Walking through the front doors of Windsor House at Omni Manor Health Care & Rehabilitation Center, visitors soon discover the true definition of "home away from home." A number of large windows offer a panoramic view of our two landscaped courtyards and quaint gazebo, which contribute to the undeniable charm of Windsor House at Omni Manor.

Conveniently located off I-80/I-680 & Meridian Rd. Windsor House at Omni Manor Health Care & Rehabilitation Center provides a short term therapy unit. The S.T.E.P. (Specialized Therapies Empowering People) therapy unit provides each resident with the services needed to function at their maximum potential in the least restrictive environment and return to normal living conditions. Attached to Omni Manor Health Care Center, the rehabilitation unit has a separate entrance, therapy room, and dining room. Private rooms with showers are available.

In addition to the short term therapy unit, Windsor House at Omni Manor offers a secured Alzheimer's Unit. The memory impaired unit, located within Windsor House at Omni Manor, is equipped with staff to handle all stages of dementia and memory impairment disorders. The unit provides a secure environment, in addition to a dining and activity room for the Alzheimer's residents, a continuous walkway has been added so the residents can move safely at will.
