Windsor House at Liberty Health Care Center is located off Churchill-Hubbard Rd. in Liberty Township. We have recently opened our new state of the art 16 private room suite rehabilitation unit. Windsor House at Omni Manor Health Care Center conveniently located off I-80/I-680 & Meridian Rd. at 3245 Vestal Rd. in Austintown, has opened a new short term therapy unit. The new S.T.E.P. (Specialized Therapies Empowering People) therapy unit, provides each resident with the services needed to function at their maximum potential in the least restrictive environment and return to normal living conditions.
