Below is a summary of current and cumulative COVID-19 cases in our skilled nursing and assisted living communities.

1. Staff member(s), may include contracted staff, who test positive are off work and resident(s) who test positive are are in isolation following CDC guidelines.
2. The cumulative cases are from the start of the pandemic, March 2020, which include those that have since recovered from the COVID-19 infection. 
3. COVID-19 cases for each individual facility will only be updated when the facility has a new staff or resident case.  The update will be done by 5:00pm the following day.  The cumulative data will always be up to date.    
4. New resident COVID-19 cases may include a resident(s) who have been in isolation since admission, therefore do not count toward cumulative residents total.  
5. Visitation remains open with safety precautions in place. However, please understand there is added risk when visiting the facility during an outbreak and when there is substantial to high community transmission of COVID-19.  All visitors must complete screening, including temperature check, and wear a face covering. Outbreak testing will be completed every 3 to 7 days for 14 days until no additional positive cases.  We continue to follow all Centers for Disease Control and local health department's guidance and measures.  We thank you for your continued patience.  Please contact any of our communities at anytime with questions.
