We Are Windsor House
In 1959, John and Dorothy Masternick were inspired to found Windsor House by their religious faith and a need they saw for better care, living conditions, and quality of life for the sick and elderly. They opened their first location in Youngstown’s North Side, in a building that is now known as the Beatitude House. Today, Windsor House owns and operate 17 skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care communities in Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.
We believe that people are our most valuable asset. We believe that without residents, families, employees, and employers, our communities would not exist. We recognize individuality and diversity, and we promote teamwork.
We are compassionate toward those who depend on us to meet their needs. We strive to provide quality service, promote independence, and preserve dignity.
We are responsible to residents, their families, and our co-workers. We take pride in carrying out the mission of the founders in the communities we serve.
We are trustworthy, honest, and fair. We work tirelessly to protect the rights of every individual.
