Short & Long-Term Care

When it comes to providing short and long-term care, we strive to ensure that each resident receives the highest quality of care in a warm and welcoming environment. For short-term stays, we want to assist you on a quick path to recovery and make your transition as smooth as possible – our therapists ​​will help you work toward regaining lost strength, restoring normal range of motion, and increasing independence to the fullest extent possible. Beyond our compassionate care, our short- and long-term residents enjoy a full calendar of vibrant events and activities, three delicious meals a day, and access to our amenity spaces, including a full-service salon and barber shop.

One of the many services provided at O’Brien Memorial Health Care Center is an all-female behavior unit. This secure, specialized unit, consists of nine (9) private room suites with bathroom and shower. Our goal is to become an extension of your home environment with quality, safe and personalized care. Our staff is certified in behavior intervention and includes an in-house psychiatrist and nurse practitioner who round weekly. Additional services provided include treatment and care plan meetings, medication management, dietary counseling, daily health care monitoring and physical, occupational and speech therapy.

• Bipolar Disorder

• PTSD

• Psychosis
